Biketraveleurope is affiliated to VZR garant
The VZR garant fund guarantees travelers who have booked with one of the member tour operators that they will be refunded the already paid portion of the travel sum if the tour operator becomes financially insolvent and for that reason cannot properly execute the trip. This can be before departure, but also during the trip. In addition, the VZR garant Fund guarantees your return trip during your stay if the tour operator, due to financial insolvency, can no longer take care of this. Details on what will be reimbursed can be found in the guarantee scheme.
For this guarantee Bike Travel Europe charges a fixed amount of € 9.00 per person to the consumer. This is used to build up and maintain the guarantee fund.
